Art Commissions
Basic ToS
✧ Payment is expected within 24 hours of the completed piece
✧ USD commissions take priority over Robux or RHD. (You will be warned in advance that you commission is being put on hold, to work on a USD commission)
✧ Don't send the payment until you get the clear to do so.
✧ You may re-upload the commission with proper credits given to me in the form of a link to my Twitter or Instagram. This applies to any site BESIDES DA due to a newer update that takes artists art without permission to be used for AI art.
✧ You many not use my art for commercial purposes or claim it as your own, unless it is spoken about before hand. It is a case by case basis.
✧ Refunds can be given depending on how far along I am with the commission.In Depth ToS
✧ I as the artist retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use. (Unless decided before hand)
✧ Conditions for reposting: The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link to my Twitter or Instagram) and my watermark remains intact and unaltered.
Prohibited Actions
✧Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.
✧ Use my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
✧ Claiming the artwork as your own.Payment Information
✧ I accept payment in USD, Robux, and Royale High Diamonds. (RHD)
✧ All USD payments will be taken via CashApp.
✧ Non-payment within 24 hours will result in the commission being cancelled. Progress up to this point, if any, will be re-purposed as a personal use base or YHC.
✧ It is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent. Sometimes a payment will not fall through and I won't know about it. If you fail to tell me that you've sent the payment within 24 hours - and I know I absolutely haven't received the payment -- then the 24 hour payment term applies to you.
Refund Policy
✧ If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
✧ No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
✧ The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.
✧If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion. But there is a rough basis for refunds

✧ Client must provide at least one clear visual reference; please supply the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.
✧ Picrews are okay, but not at all recommended as they tend to not be 100% accurate
✧ If you are commissioning me for the purpose of getting a visual reference, we can work things out and I can see what I can do. (case by case)Can and Wont Draw
This is a general guideline for what I can or won't draw. Please keep my art styles in mind when ordering; I am significantly better at drawing humans in general, (discarding animal feature) as I'm still learning how to do anthros, furries, etc.
Things outside my comfort zone might not be as high of quality as something I am used to doing.
Basic background are free. (Gradient / Grid / Solid Color)
Can
✧ Oc's / Fanart / Ships (Oc's and non Pro/Com ships can be done)
✧ Animal-esq features (Ears, tails, wings, etc.)
✧ Multiple people (Costs extra)
✧ Character sheets (Costs extra, will discuss price based on needs)

Won't
✧ Extremely detailed backgrounds or shading
✧ Halos (This applies to Royale High halos, others are case by case)
✧ Blood / Gore (Minimal blood is okay)
✧ Mecha
✧ Anything that insinuates hate toward any group or people
✧ Dragons
✧ Realism in any way shape or form
✧ NSFW
✧ Characters intended to be or appearing underage in any suggestive contextWorkflow and Process
✧ I work best when given some creative freedom; Whether this be with the clothes, character design, or pose. You are allowed to chose, but don't expect a near perfect copy of what you provide, there may be small alterations to fit my style.
✧ It can take from a few days to max 2 weeks. This is due to the fact that I am still in school and work part time. Any later delays and I will personally let you know. If for whatever reason I can't complete a commission within 50 days of ordering, I will give a full refund.
✧ I will send you a Work In Progress (WIP) of the commission during it's sketching phase. Any progress will be paused until I get full confirmation that you are happy with the sketch and nothings missing. I will continue to send WIP's during the lining phase, coloring phase, and shading phase. Backgrounds will also have another screenshot if I am doing those as well.
Revision and Edits
✧ Any major changes or revisions must be made during the sketching phase. This includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or redrawing parts of the image.
✧ After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.
✧ If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order.If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning meCredits to PRINXE PERIER on DA for the TOS template and terms
